Example calculation
- Conference with 10 participants: 10 × 0,50 € = 5,00 €
- Conference with 50 participants: 50 × 0,50 € = 25,00 €
Top up credits in your account – billing uses peak participant count per conference.
What does maximum number of participants mean?
The maximum number of participants indicates how many participants may be in your training rooms at the same time across your account. For example, if you booked a package with 100 participants, you may run one training with 100 participants or fifty trainings with 2 participants each – as long as you do not exceed 100 participants in total across all rooms.
